MANUFACTURING
Surface Mount Boards
We perform surface mount prototypes and production runs on small quantities in house. For larger volumes we partner with external assembly houses.
Through-Hole Boards
Our capabilities also include legacy thru-hole prototypes and production runs on small quantities. For larger volumes we partner with external assembly houses.
Prototypes
Our in house assembly builds production prototypes to test and evaluate the functionality of the circuit design.
Testing
We perform protype and production testing and provide test documentation. We can perform the reverse engineering of the products to develop test fixtures and documentation.
Repair
AZ Instruments repairs circuit boards, LED lights and damaged boards etc.
